Description: This is a modified DirectDraw DLL. It works for both Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2. It disables DirectDraw from running while playing either game and its expansions. It's very helpful for clearing up most residual lag and has even shown promise for stopping WaveClass errors in Tiberian Sun.

However, it's not perfect and for some strange reason, it does not work on every system. If you find yourself with a black screen but can hear the audio in the background, this DLL does not work and needs to be removed to play the game again. There are still other ways around the issue concerning lag but not other errors.

Description: This is a package of the XCC Utilities at version 1.21 before there was a packaged installer and before Generals and Battle For Middle Earth support. If you had been experiencing issues using the tools before, such as the missing jpeg62.dll error, these will work for you.

The DLL pack is also included should the need for those arise.
