EMPulse Superweapon Type
The NPatch re-enables the Tiberian Sun EMPulse superweapon, with range limitations.

But keep in mind that this is exactly like Tiberian Sun's EMP superweapon. The owning structure requires EMPulseCannon=yes and a valid Primary. The plus on this is that it does obey range limitations for human players; AI players will continue to ignore the limit.
