FireAt Superweapon Type
The NPatch enables 'fire at' superweapons, which function like EMP Cannon from
Tiberian Sun.
In order for this logic to work correctly, the owning structure must have EMPulseCannon=yes set and have a valid Primary weapon. Range is ignored so it will always have full map range.
