The NPatch allows perma-control weapons, akin to the Psychic Dominator's effect. There is only one requirement for this to work correctly and that is having any warhead with MindControl=yes set and then you add the new tag, which is IsPermaControlled=[bool]. There you have it, permanent control weapons.
